  • Moodboarding: Develop 2-3 visual inspiration boards to align on brand aesthetics and ensure shared vision before design work begins.
  • If applicable:Brand Positioning: Defining your unique value proposition, brand personality, and positioning statement.

3. Design Phase: This is where your brand’s visual identity comes to life. We’ll create three initial logo concepts, develop a color palette that reflects your brand’s personality, and select typography that complements your brand image. Additionally, we’ll define supporting graphic styles, such as patterns, icon styles, and images, to ensure every visual element communicates your brand position and style.

  • Brand work: Create sample executions of the brand identity to showcase how the elements work together in real-world contexts.
  • Logo Design: Creating 2-3 initial logo concepts with revisions to finalize.
  • Color Palette: Developing a color scheme that reflects the brand personality.

4. Implementation Phase: To ensure consistent application of your new brand identity, we document all elements in a comprehensive brand guidelines manual. This includes logo usage, color specifications, typography, imagery, and tone of voice. We’ll also design key marketing collateral such as business cards, letterheads, and social media templates. Foundational Logo Package

Timeline: 4 Week Priority

Deliverables:

  1. Primary Logo Design: Custom logo design with up to 2 initial concepts and 2 rounds of revisions. Final files in multiple formats (png, svg, ai, jpg).
  2. Color Palette: A defined color palette for brand consistency.
  3. Typography Selection: Selection of 2 brand fonts (headline and body text).
  4. Basic Brand Guidelines: PDF guide including logo usage, colors, and fonts.
  5. Social Media Profile Images: Branded images for 2 platforms.
  6. File Delivery: Organized folder with all design files.

Classic Brand Package

Timeline: 8 Week Priority

Deliverables: Includes everything in the Foundational Logo Package, plus:

  1. Consultation Session: 1 one-hour branding consultation session.
  2. Secondary Logo/Wordmark: Design of a secondary logo or wordmark.
  3. Additional Brand Elements: Custom pattern or graphic elements.
  4. Collateral Design: Design for (1) agreed upon item (ex: t-shirt, tote bag, poster) with production-ready files.
  5. Expanded Brand Guidelines: Detailed guidelines with logo variations, patterns, and more.
  6. Social Media Templates: 6 branded post templates for use on platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn.

Comprehensive Brand Package

Timeline: 12 Week Priority

Deliverables: Includes everything in the Classic Brand Package, plus:

  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning: A detailed document covering brand messaging and positioning.
  2. Visual Elements: Patterns (2), proposed icon style with up to (6) agreed upon designed icons, and imagery guidelines.
  3. Collateral Design: Design for (#) additional agreed upon items (ex: t-shirt, tote bag, poster) with production-ready files.
  4. Extended Social Media Templates: 6 additional templates for various platforms.
  5. Email Newsletter Design: Design mockups for 3 key pages.
