While all projects are ultimately connected and interrelated, we typically work with members to choose a specific project to prioritize. Multiple projects can be worked on in parallel with increased spend. Each week, we'll send updates, request approvals, and keep you in the loop at each step of the way.

No, drawing from our experience, we understand that this work is highly iterative, with scopes continuously evolving to address new priorities and information. While we'll start with an initial scope and rough estimates for planning purposes, we've found that flexibility serves  best, without rigid hour tracking or change order pricing.

We collaborate closely with you to define the project scope, curate a team of skilled talent, and provide guidance on the recommended duration for your subscription, ensuring alignment with your objectives and timelines.

Estimated subscription durations of common milestone projects:
⦁ SEO audit, planning and reauthor: 2 months of "Core"
⦁ Paid awareness advertising campaign: 4 months of "Perform"
⦁ New website and digital identity design and build: 4 months of "Perform"
⦁ Digital standard build and content migration: 6 months of "Scale"

Maybe. We’ve found rate based work to be a lose-lose situation for us and for our clients so we’ve built this value-based model which aligns our mutual interests for efficiency and quality. We aim to compete on value and industry experience. But if you have a compelling opportunity where an SOW makes sense, let us know.

Please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. If we’re unable to make it right, we don’t offer refunds, but we do offer super easy ways to cancel.

The subscription is offered monthly, and users can cancel up to 2-days prior to the next month’s charge. To request cancellation, email support@becertain.ly
