How is work organized and prioritized?

We organize our work and teams around specific priority projects. While all projects are ultimately connected and interrelated, we typically work with members to choose a specific project to prioritize. Multiple projects can be worked on in parallel with increased spend. Each week, we'll send updates, request approvals, and keep you in the loop at each step of the way.

Do you guarantee work completed within a specific time range?

No, drawing from our experience, we understand that this work is highly iterative, with scopes continuously evolving to address new priorities and information. While we'll start with an initial scope and rough estimates for planning purposes, we've found that flexibility serves best, without rigid hour tracking or change order pricing.

If I have a specific project to work on, how do I know what it will cost?

We collaborate closely with you to define the project scope, curate a team of skilled talent, and provide guidance on the recommended duration for your subscription, ensuring alignment with your objectives and timelines.

Do you have an hourly rate or quote hours?

Maybe. We’ve found rate based work to be a lose-lose situation for us and for our clients so we’ve built this value-based model which aligns our mutual interests for efficiency and quality. We aim to compete on value and industry experience. But if you have a compelling opportunity where an SOW makes sense, let us know.

What if I’m unsatisfied with the service?

Please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. If we’re unable to make it right, we don’t offer refunds, but we do offer super easy ways to cancel.

The subscription is offered monthly, and users can cancel up to 2-days prior to the next month’s charge. To request cancellation, email support@becertain.ly

How does billing work?

Billed on 1st of month every month, until subscription canceled or paused.

Core member are billed via:

How do I pause or cancel a subscription?

Just send a note to your PM or AE and request to pause for the month or to cancel service.

Must be submitted two business days prior to the end of the current month.
